The District Court in Płock determined that the contract concluded with the PTF Bank S.A. was invalid from the very beginning and order the bank to return the borrower overpayment over the capital of the credit.

The District Court in Płock in a case brought by a consumer against the Santander Consumer Bank S.A. as a legal successor of the PTF Bank S.A., in the judgment of October 5^th, 2023 case no. I C 1002/23, determined that the contract concluded by the parties was invalid from the very beginning.

As a consequence, the Court awarded the client of Włodarczyk Ziomek & Wojciechowski the amount of 271.452,73 PLN as a return of overpayment over the capital of the credit.

Only 5 and half months passed between the filing of the claim and the issuance of the ruling. The judgment is not final.
