Since 2014 the regulations of the Bankruptcy law regarding the natural persons not conducting business activity are continuously liberalized. The introduced changes make filing for bankruptcy much easier. Also, current regulations allow the bankrupt persons to settle with their creditors. WZ&W drafts bankruptcy court motions and represent its Clients before the bankruptcy courts.
