The District Court in Warsaw determined that the contract concluded with the Bank Millennium was invalid from the very beginning and order the bank to return the borrowers all that they had paid to the bank.

The District Court in Warsaw in a case brought by a consumers against Bank Millennium S.A., in the judgment of 26th October 2022 case no. XXIV C 2531/20, determined that the contract concluded by the parties was invalid from the very beginning.

The Appellate Court in Warsaw finally determined that the contract concluded with the GE Money Bank S.A. (currently Bank BPH S.A.) was invalid from the very beginning and order the bank to return the borrowers all that they had paid to the bank.

The Appellate Court in Warsaw in a case brought by a consumers against Bank BPH S.A., in the judgment of 17th October 2022 case no. V ACa 1148/22, dismissed the bank’s appeal and finally determined that the contract concluded by the parties was invalid from the very beginning.

The District Court in Nowy Sącz in a case brought by a consumers against Bank BPH S.A., in the judgment of 29th September 2022 case no. I C 846/20, determined that the contract concluded by the parties was invalid from the very beginning.
