The District Court in Warsaw determined that the contract concluded with the Bank Millennium S.A. was invalid from the very beginning and order the bank to return the borrowers all that they had paid to the bank.

The District Court in Warsaw in a case brought by the consumers against the Bank Millennium S.A., in the judgment of December 5^th, 2023 case no. XXVIII C 902/22, determined that the contract concluded by the parties was invalid from the very beginning.

As a consequence, the Court awarded the clients of Włodarczyk Ziomek & Wojciechowski the amount of 397.998,77 PLN as a return of undue payments (plus the interest for the delay from the date of November 22^nd 2023 of the lawsuit to the bank and court fees).

23 months passed between the filing of the claim and the issuance of the ruling. The judgment is not final.
