The District Court in Warsaw determined that the contract concluded with the Bank Millennium was invalid from the very beginning and order the bank to return the borrowers all that they had paid to the bank.

The District Court in Warsaw in a case brought by a consumers against Bank Millennium S.A., in the judgment of May 25^th, 2022 case no. XXVIII C 1801/23, determined that the contract concluded by the parties was invalid from the very beginning.

As a consequence, the Court awarded the clients of Włodarczyk Ziomek & Wojciechowski the amount of 241.937,42 PLN as a return of undue payments (plus the interest for the delay and court fees).
