The District Court in Warsaw determined that the contract concluded with the mBank is invalid and order the bank to return the borrowers all that they had paid to the bank.

The District Court in Warsaw in a case brought by a consumers against mBank S.A., in the judgment of June 23^rd, 2023 case no. XXVIII C 9254/22, determined that the contract concluded by the parties is invalid due to its impossibility to continue.

As a consequence, the Court awarded the clients of Włodarczyk Ziomek & Wojciechowski the amount of 112.802,26 PLN and 50.607,97  CHF as a return of undue payments (plus the interest for the delay and court fees).

13 months passed between the filing of the claim and the issuance of the ruling. The judgment is not final. The success is much more valuable because Judge Henryk Walczewski agreed with our arguments.
